Why use suction excavation around buried utilities?
Traditional excavation can carry a risk of damaging services that can’t always be seen from the surface.
Suction excavation allows material around underground utilities to be removed in a more controlled way, helping expose services while reducing the need for direct mechanical excavation around them.
It’s one of the reasons vacuum excavation has become such a useful method when working around busy underground infrastructure.
